Expensive but we're satisfied
August 26, 2025Excellent installers with Lennox certs. Consistent cooling and heat, never notice it's on. fully variable fan means no more temperature difference between floors, fresh air everywhere all day. Installed in late June 2025, and the July energy bill (Avg temp: 76F; low 44F) was flat with the June bill (Avg temp: 70F; low 54) despite the much warmer weather. Heating during testing was even and comfortable. We purchased with a backup gas furnace to supplement in the cold winter months, when it gets as cold as -14F. Neighbor on the condensor side of the house reports the unit is much quieter than the old condensor it replaced. The thermostat isn't as good as the Ecobee it replaced, but since it's all proprietary it can't be helped.

August 23, 2025Excellent interface both on the thermostat and app. The machinery is so quiet that I hear the air in the vents but not the devices themselves. The whole house has a far more even temperature, even upstairs and down are more consistent.
